Victoria attended Fordham University for her undergraduate education and then received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Prior to forming her own practice, she was an associate with the Law Offices of Michael J. Breslin, Jr. Previously, upon graduating from law school, Victoria served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Charles DeGisi, Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County.
Victoria was an adjunct professor at Pace University, teaching Family Law. She was legal counsel at Alternatives to Domestic Violence, which helps domestic violence victims in Bergen County. She volunteers as an Early Settlement Panelist in Bergen County to help parties reach amicable resolutions without having to proceed to trial, and is a Big Sister in the Big Sister/Little Sister Program. She is also a member of the Bergen County Bar Association.
