Courtney handles all matters in connection with divorce, child custody and visitation, post-divorce/modification, marital and separate property rights, equitable distribution, spousal support, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, domestic violence and restraining orders. In addition, she has considerable experience in residential real estate matters and has also represented thousands of clients in New Jersey municipal practice cases, both criminal and motor vehicle violations.
Courtney graduated from Rutgers University, Newark, and Pace University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
While a law student Courtney participated in Pace’s Family Law Society and worked as a Legal Extern for the Pace Women’s Justice Center, where she represented victims of domestic violence and assisted with uncontested divorce and child support cases. In addition, she interned for the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office and was a legal intern for Tomasella & Vacca, L.L.C., before she joined the firm as an Partner.
