Victoria Tomasella, the owner of Tomasella & Vacca, L.L.C., concentrates her practice on Family Law and Residential Real Estate Law.

Victoria has practiced law for 30 years. She focuses her practice in Family Law, which includes issues involving spousal support, child support, division of assets, domestic violence, and issues in which the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) is involved. In addition, she handles residential real estate closings. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey

Victoria is well versed in all facets of Family Law litigation. She has had extensive experience in handling a variety of complex cases that involve family and matrimonial matters. Furthermore, she is a highly skilled negotiator with the ability to reach settlements. Victoria has a reputation for being practical and realistic. With her experience and composure, she is well respected in the legal community.
Victoria is committed to providing exceptional client service and ensures that each of her clients receives the personalized attention they require. She understands that each case is different and each client has different needs. In addition to representing clients in contested maters, Victoria also provides mediation services to help parties reach an amicable resolution to their matrimonial and Family Law matters.
Victoria attended Fordham University for her undergraduate education and then received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Prior to forming her own practice, she was an associate with the Law Offices of Michael J. Breslin, Jr. Previously, upon graduating from law school, Victoria served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Charles DeGisi, Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County.
Victoria was an adjunct professor at Pace University, teaching Family Law. She was legal counsel at Alternatives to Domestic Violence, which helps domestic violence victims in Bergen County. She volunteers as an Early Settlement Panelist in Bergen County to help parties reach amicable resolutions without having to proceed to trial, and is a Big Sister in the Big Sister/Little Sister Program. She is also a member of the Bergen County Bar Association.
